Important Information

• This is for POSTER ONLY. Not eligible for Awards Competition. Abstracts will not be published in the APNM Journal
  
  
• Date Open: Monday, March 5th
  Date Close: Monday, April 5th
  
  
• Only members of CNS in good standing, or those who have applied for membership, are eligible to submit abstracts.
  
  
• There is a $40 non-refundable fee for each abstract submission. Online credit card payment only.
  
  
• Notification of abstract acceptance will be 6-8 weeks following the deadline.
  
  
• The abstract committee will make the final decision regarding the presentation format for each abstract. Presenting authors will be notified regarding presentation format and will have the right to accept or decline at that time.

HOW TO SUBMIT

1. Do not submit multiple versions of the same abstract.
2. There is a $40 non-refundable fee for each abstract submitted.
3. Abstracts must be submitted in a single WORD document file, and must be in written English.
4. Name your file FirstName_LastName.doc. If you are submitting more than one Abstract, name consecutive files FirstName_LastName01.doc, FirstName_LastName02.doc, etc.
5. An individual may present more than one abstract; all abstracts must include original work.
6. Abstracts MUST be submitted by the presenting author ONLY. Presenting author must be listed first in the list of authors.
7. Abstracts must be submitted electronically, by following the link below.
