Canadian Patient Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Alliance (CPPENA)
The Canadian Patient Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Alliance (CPPENA) is a national group of provincial chapters made up of patients and caregivers living with home nutrition support. CPPENA brings this network together to collaborate on advocacy, education and networking opportunities that aim to have a positive impact on the lives of patients, caregivers and families. CPPENA is led by an Advisory Committee that is representative of the provincial chapters. CPPENA is currently focusing on adult home parenteral nutrition (HPN) patients, with plans in the future to include pediatric HPN and adult/pediatric home enteral nutrition (HEN) patients.
We need your input: Patient and Caregiver Needs Assessment
In order to understand how to best meet the needs of adult HPN patients and caregivers, we have created a needs assessment. This assessment will ask for your thoughts on:
- What resources and tools would be most useful to help to effectively manage HPN?
- What education – types (i.e webinars, conferences) and topics would be of most value?
- What information should be included on the CPPENA website to provide a Canadian view on HPN?
- What other support programs and activities would be beneficial?
You can complete the Needs Assessment directly by visiting: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CPPENA
Please complete by August 15, 2021
Your responses will be anonymous and no further commitment will be required.
