Postdoctoral Position - Maternal/Child Obesity Prevention
The Center for Health Research and the Department of Kinesiology and Public Health within the College of Science and Mathematics at California Polytechnic State University are seeking applicants for a Frost Teacher-Scholar Postdoctoral Fellowship in the area of obesity prevention. The postdoctoral fellow will work with Ors. Alison Ventura and Suzanne Phelan who co-direct the Maternal and Child Health core within the Center for Health Research (https://healthresearch.calpoly.edu/
This postdoctoral fellowship is funded by the William and Linda Frost Fund and Center for Health Research NIH-funded grants. The salary range is $54,080 -$59,100.
Relevant experience may include research experience, teaching assistantship, internship, or other time spent in a health-related field beyond that of the qualifying doctoral degree.
This 12-month postdoctoral position includes full benefits and professional development funds that may be used to attend a scholarly meeting, to travel to other campuses as necessary for scholarship, and/or for professional development activities.
